COE RUGs
Peter Van de Bogert, P&H Mining Equipment

Regional User Groups (RUGs) exist throughout the country to support CATIA users at a local level. If you've noticed at the last few COE conferences there has been a heavy focus on V5 and the migration to V5. However, there is still a need to address V4, because that's what many companies are using. I think RUGS can fill the gap between what users need today, and the needs of the future.

Jim Tilidetzke and I will be doing a presentation on RUGs at COE 2001 Spring conference so I'm not going to let the cat out of the bag. But I'll leave you with this.

What's so great about a RUG meetings:
You get to meet other CATIA users from your area.
Share user experiences with other users.
You're only out of the office for one day.
Learn some great CATIA stuff.
Meet your IBM representatives.
Meet business partners.
Free donuts.
