CATIA Interoperability Project Office Web Site Offers Variety of Short Cuts

The Hints+Tips+Tools page of the CATIA Interoperability Project Office site: http://www-5.ibm.com/de/caeserv/cicoc/ci_h+t.htm offers CATIA users a variety of short cuts and suggestions on how to best perform several functions. A recent addition is titled "Select a box for plotting a drawing area." Adding Formulas to Diameters

When working with diameters in Sketcher, it may be necessary to create a formula between two diameter constraints. The following will describe the process.

If the constraint is a radius, you can simply right mouse click in the value field and select Edit formula…
If the constraint is a diameter, the Edit formula… is not available.
To add the formula you must right mouse click on the constraint, and then go to the Radius.X object There you will find the Edit Formula…
