The COE Your Way: "Ask the Expert" Teleconference is your way to learn about all the hottest topics in the industry. There is no fee for COE members! Any program material as well as the 800 number will be provided prior to the teleconference.
This unique and important topic will focus on CATIA and its licensing tools. It will provide the fundamentals of license allocation as well as the concepts of managing of licenses within CATIA and License Use Management Runtime (LUM). The concepts presented in this teleconference will be of benefit for both CATIA system administrators and CATIA users in their production environments
This workshop, which was very highly rated at the COE 2005 Annual Conference & TechniFair, will be interactive with time for questions and answers.
Rick Jones is a member of the PLM Technical Support Team with twenty-nine years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing. He is the Team Lead for PLM Products licensing and member of the World Wide License team. He is the Americas representative to the Worldwide Common Process Project. Jones is the PLM technical support representative on the LUM Taskforce. He is also the primary contact for the IBM/DS HEAT program. Jones is a frequent author and presenter at COE Conference. He was previously employed at Schrade Cutlery as a Tool and Die Maker. Jones attended Ulster Community College and served in the USAF in the communication field.
